Marvesting International CSR Committee: A look back at an inspiring event!

CSR Committee: a time for sharing and inspiration
The event provided an opportunity for members of each country’s CSR committee to discuss ongoing initiatives, share success stories and inspire new ideas for strengthening Marvesting’s sustainability commitments.
The EcoVadis Platinum certification recently obtained by the group was one of the highlights celebrated, confirming recognition of the efforts made to achieve the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility.
Workshops: the CSR challenges of tomorrow

To stimulate discussion and encourage the emergence of innovative solutions, group workshops were organised throughout the day. Participants were able to address the major challenges of Marvesting’s CSR policy, which is based on 4 pillars, notably environmental, human and social aspects.
Discussions covered a range of topics, including
- Reducing the carbon footprint: exploring concrete solutions to reduce the impact of the Group’s activities, particularly in the field marketing sectors.
- Employee development: finding new ways to ensure the employability of our employees through a comprehensive training policy and rigorous career management.
- Raising our teams‘ awareness of CSR issues: continuing to raise our employees’ awareness, particularly of cybersecurity, the RGPD, reducing road accidents and much more.
CSR Roadmap: Ambitious targets for the future
One of the key moments of the day was the presentation of Marvesting’s new 2025-2026 CSR roadmap, which sets ambitious targets for the coming years. The roadmap focuses on a number of major challenges, including:
- Reducing the Group’s carbon emissions: Marvesting is committed to reducing its carbon emissions by 7.5% by 2025. To achieve this goal, we will implement strategies to optimise travel, aiming to reduce the number of kilometres travelled, and explore solutions to reduce our overall ecological footprint.
- Enhancing employee well-being at work: Well-being at work is a key pillar of our CSR strategy. We will continue our efforts to improve the quality of life of our employees, focusing on health, safety and work-life balance. At the same time, we will continue to develop the skills of our teams through ongoing training programmes, to support them in their professional development.
- Committed to diversity and inclusion: Marvesting places diversity at the heart of its priorities, with initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality, encouraging the integration of people with disabilities, and supporting efforts to integrate people who are far from employment. These actions aim to create an inclusive working environment, where everyone has the opportunity to flourish and contribute to the collective success.
This roadmap represents a major step forward in our commitment to more sustainable and socially responsible development, with concrete and measurable actions that will mobilise the whole Group.
Presence of our key partners
Marvesting was able to count on the presence of its partners, who also made the trip to take part in the event. In particular, we would like to thank Zei, Positive Company, Nathanaël Westphal, Alpha Private Equity and DPO Consulting for their presence and commitment. Their expertise and support are essential in helping us to tackle the various CSR issues on which the Group is working. It’s a close collaboration and a collective effort to embed best practice in sustainability and responsibility at the heart of our organisation.
To round off this inspiring event, Marvesting invited its partners and the CSR Committee to a convivial evening, celebrating in particular the EcoVadis Platinum certification. This commitment is tangible proof of Marvesting’s determination to place sustainability at the heart of its activities. The evening was an opportunity to thank the teams and partners for their contribution to the success achieved, while reaffirming Marvesting’s ambition to continue along this path.
