Marvesting & Fiers: partners for social inclusion

FIERS: a 100% handi-solidarity brand!
FIERS is a unique not-for-profit brand in France, featuring a range of high-quality food products made by people with disabilities. These products are manufactured in workshops that encourage professional integration and guarantee fair remuneration.
One of FIERS’ challenges is to meet the employability challenges posed by disability in France. In France, the unemployment rate for people with disabilities is 2.4x higher than the average (according to Fiers sources).
By collaborating with FIERS, Marvesting is playing an active role in supporting this wonderful initiative!
Marvesting's commitment in the field
Marvesting is committed to promoting the expansion of the FIERS brand in France through the commitment of its employees. Marvesting’s role in this initiative is to provide commercial support for the brand, to increase its visibility in partner chains such as Intermarché, Auchan and Carrefour throughout France.
Several of the Group’s managers have volunteered to make an active contribution to the FIERS mission outside their working hours. Following an onboarding meeting led by Camille Decreux, co-founder of FIERS, to fully understand the brand’s history and ambitions, the managers were able to begin their mission.
The managers regularly visit sales outlets to ensure that FIERS products are correctly displayed and visible. They check product stock, place orders for missing items and ensure that products are strategically promoted through displays and point-of-sale advertising, maximizing their visibility and accessibility.
