Marvesting 2025 Innovation Awards: collective energy that inspires!

At Marvesting, we believe that innovation is everyone’s business. That’s why we came up with the Innovation Trophies, an in-house competition to honour the ideas and initiatives of our employees, in line with our major ambitions: performance in the field, digital transformation and the Group’s CSR commitments.
A collaborative, European competition... now enhanced by AI!
Initially created in France, the Innovation Trophies are now an annual event open to all the Group’s subsidiaries in Europe.
The aim? To encourage in-house initiatives and bring out practical solutions based on CSR, digital technology and performance on the ground… while strengthening the links between our entities and fostering pride in belonging.
To take part in the awards, each candidate team must compile a full dossier, comprising :
- A PowerPoint presentation, structured around the key pillars of the competition (context, objectives, innovation focus, budget, back-planning)
- A video to tell the story, illustrate or demonstrate the project in concrete terms.
But the big news in 2025 is the integration of artificial intelligence into the selection process! An AI prompt specific to the Innovation Trophies has been designed to analyse each project in a neutral and homogenous way, according to 5 criteria aligned with Marvesting’s strategic challenges:
- Feasibility and budget
- CSR and/or digital impact
- Group deployment
- Innovation & relevance
- Clarity of retroplanning
👉 The AI was used to shortlist the 5 finalists out of the 9 projects submitted, based on a clear, structured scoring grid that was perfectly aligned with our strategy.lignée avec notre stratégie.
A final presentation in front of a committed internal jury

The finalist teams were then invited to an oral presentation by videoconference, during which they presented their project in detail, illustrated their ideas and answered questions from the jury.
The jury was made up of 4 Group employees from different European subsidiaries: Demooz, Impact Sales & Marketing, Field Sales Solutions and Promo Sapiens.
👉 Selected for their day-to-day involvement in business, digital or CSR issues, these jury members provided a critical and sympathetic view of the projects.
Following the presentations, they worked together to establish the final ranking of the 4 winning projects, based on criteria of relevance, feasibility and impact.
A great way to showcase in-house expertise and give real resonance to the collective work of the teams!
🏆 Our 4 winning projects 2025

1st place - Budee (Winchannel team 🇪🇸)
Budee is an intuitive digital mentoring platform (web and mobile) that connects employees using a matching algorithm based on skills, objectives and interests. It incorporates gamification to strengthen commitment (badges, recognition) and provides HR with management data to monitor the impact of the programme. In this way, Budee combines learning, inclusion, performance and a feedback culture with a CSR and continuous improvement approach.
2nd place - Marvesting Green (Demooz team 🇫🇷)
Marvesting Green is a CSR ambassador programme that encourages employees to adopt simple, responsible actions on a daily basis. Based on multi-level missions, the programme rewards each action through a points and rewards system. A dedicated platform enables progress to be tracked, team challenges to be organised and the collective impact to be measured. It’s a unifying and motivating project, in line with Marvesting’s CSR culture.

3rd place - Marvesting Country (Winchannel team 🇪🇸)
Marvesting Country, a project focused on employee well-being, using connected tools, data and individualised monitoring of health in the workplace. This innovative scheme enables employees to express their needs and co-construct concrete solutions. Supported by technological tools and participative governance, the project aims to create a healthier, more collaborative and fulfilling environment for everyone.
4th place - Learned.io (P&R team 🇳🇱)
Learned.io is an intelligent HR platform that combines feedback, performance and learning to provide personalised development for each employee. With clear dashboards, data-driven recommendations and questionnaires on key themes (inclusion, leadership, engagement), the solution enables accurate and fair HR management. By also measuring the mood and feelings of teams, it transforms HR: from ‘one-size-fits-all’ to made-to-measure growth.

As well as the recognition, the 4 winning projects received a financial prize to be shared between each team. The aim? To enable them to enjoy a convivial moment together, by organising a joint activity of their choice: team lunch, escape game, creative workshop, trip or other shared experience.
💡 Diverse projects, converging ideas
Over and above the 4 winners, the 2025 edition was marked by a strong convergence around 4 major areas out of the 9 projects submitted:
- 🌱 CSR and eco-responsibility: Concrete programmes to raise awareness and mobilise employees around sustainable actions.
- 🤝 Cohesion and transmission: Projects to strengthen the collective, encourage mentoring and create links between entities.
- 💻 Digitalisation and connected tools: Platforms designed to centralise information, improve collaboration and monitor performance.
- ⚙️ Optimisation and efficiency: Lean, data-driven and automated approaches to improve working methods.
What's next? Let's get started!
The Innovation Awards are not the end of the road, but the beginning of a new phase for the winning projects. The Group’s objective is clear: to help the teams implement their ideas, with dedicated support to adapt the projects to operational realities.
Over the coming months, each winning team will be able to rework its project with the support of the relevant Marvesting teams, fine-tuning the budget, scope and deployment methods. Some initiatives may be subject to test phases, as part of a gradual build-up.
This in-house competition is much more than just a competition : 🎯 it’s a revelation of ideas, a catalyst of desire, and a driving force for collective transformation.
We are proud of the involvement of our teams and the richness of the proposals received. Each project contributes to making Marvesting a more committed, connected and daring Group.
