CSR actions carried out by the Group in 2024
Group dynamics around CSR subjects
An approach based on four fundamental pillars
At Marvesting, CSR is an integrated approach and a state of mind that has guided all actions for more than 7 years. To this end, the Group initiates and carries out actions around 4 fundamental pillars:
1. Offer innovative and responsible solutions to customers
2. Have a positive impact on the territories
3. Reduce the environmental footprint
4. Faire grandir les femmes et les hommes du Groupe
Concrete actions in 2024
A carbon footprint initiated for the Group
Aware of today’s climate issues, Marvesting is committed with its partner Sami to reducing its carbon emissions. Thus, for 1 year, the Group measured its carbon footprint. This analysis includes all direct and indirect emissions produced in terms of digital, energy, purchasing and mobility.
The objective: to reduce CO2 emissions from our activities by identifying action levers. Process activated!
Marvesting, partner of the Wake up Café prisoner reintegration association
The Group has been involved in the Wake up Café association for more than 3 years and regularly initiates actions towards wakeurs (people who are prisoners or former prisoners). This year, Marvesting participated in recruitment forums through which our recruitment managers were able to present the Group and the positions to be filled. Coaching sessions were also organized to help wakeurs find employment. Finally, Marvesting financed a solidarity project around a cycling journey which allowed wakers and partner companies to use their strength and cohesion to cover the few hundred km separating Deauville from Paris. Thanks to the donation, the operation financed means of transport for wakeurs and made it possible to set up maraudes to provide health kits and food for people in need.
Environmental operations carried out with our partner Ecotree
Two operations were carried out with Ecotree, our biodiversity partner. One concerns a reforestation project made possible thanks to the purchase and sponsorship of nearly 400 trees in Breton forests. An initiative set up to fight global warming. The other operation concerns the financing of a pollination project aimed at preserving bees and therefore our ecosystem.
Awareness and training modules to engage employees
Several modules were implemented this year with Group employees in order to raise their awareness and inform them on CSR themes. Disability, responsible digital technology, cybersecurity… Marvesting engages all of the Group’s employees and regularly initiates new training courses.
Other actions carried out in parallel
GDPR compliance actions are also carried out within the Group’s subsidiaries to ensure data protection. The Group also uses ZEI, a data collection solution which makes it possible to monitor and manage CSR initiatives.
