CSR Report 2025: when performance rhymes with responsibility at Marvesting

At Marvesting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is much more than a commitment: it is a central pillar of our strategy and a source of innovation to meet the expectations of our customers and society.
We are pleased to announce the publication of the new edition of our 2025 CSR Report, which takes stock of our actions and outlines the Group’s sustainable development prospects.
A structured and ambitious CSR strategy
Since its inception, Marvesting has placed innovation, responsibility and sustainability at the heart of its business model. Our purpose, “Reinventing relationships, accelerating sustainable growth”, guides each of our decisions and allows us to transform societal and environmental issues into performance levers.
This ambition would not be possible without the involvement of the entire Group:
- Our subsidiaries, present in 9 European countries, deploy adapted and measurable solutions in the field every day.
- Our structured and operational CSR team and committee coordinate and steer strategic priorities, ensuring that all teams are united around common objectives.
- Our employees, thanks to their daily commitment, are the real actors of this transformation.
Double materiality and preparation for the CSRD
This new edition of the CSR Report marks an important step in the structuring of our sustainable approach. In 2025, Marvesting carried out its first double materiality analysis, a key exercise that combines a financial vision and an impact vision:
- Impact materiality: measuring the effects of our activities on the environment, society and our stakeholders.
- Financial materiality : identifying ESG risks and opportunities that directly influence the Group’s economic performance.
The double materiality analysis is the basis of our preparation for the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
Our goal: to be fully compliant by 2028, by aligning our indicators with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) standards.
In concrete terms, this means for Marvesting:
- Strengthen the management of priority issues with reliable and shared KPIs across the Group.
- Involve all subsidiaries and employees in the identification and implementation of actions.
- Structuring more transparent CSR reporting, recognized by our customers, partners and investors alike.
Some key figures from the 2025 report
- +4,000 employees in 9 countries and 21 subsidiaries.
- €189 million in revenue, supported by responsible growth.
- 15,555 tCO2e of GHG emissions measured and gradually reduced.
- +30% of electric vehicles integrated into our fleet compared to 2023.
- 101,268 hours of training delivered to our employees in 2024.
A vision for tomorrow
Our ambition remains unchanged: to become the European leader in responsible field marketing, by reconciling economic performance, digital innovation and positive impact.
This 2025 CSR report demonstrates our desire to build, with our partners, customers and employees, a sustainable growth model.
