Millions of steps and kilometres for a good cause: Marvesting at the Course des Héros
At Marvesting, social responsibility and employee well-being are at the heart of our CSR approach. In recent weeks, our French team has demonstrated once again that performance and solidarity can go hand in hand.
🏃♀️ Afterwork Course des Héros: kilometres for a good cause
The Marvesting France team gathered for a unique evening at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud for the Afterwork Course des Héros. This sporting and charitable event brought together 20 committed employees around a common goal: to support the Centre hospitalier des 4 Villes.
In a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, our ‘heroes of the day’ took on the challenge of a team relay race over a 1.8 km course, completing lap after lap with energy… despite the intense summer heat 🌞.
🎯 The results?
- 22 laps completed, for a total of 44 km
- A 101st place finish for one of the four Marvesting teams out of 306 participating teams
- And above all, a wonderful collective effort in support of a cause that is close to our hearts.
👟 Step challenge: a connected challenge for quality of life at work
As part of this commitment, Marvesting France also took part in the Inter-Company Step Challenge, organised during Quality of Life at Work Week.
For nine days, 50 employees rallied together to accumulate as many steps as possible in this 100% connected challenge. Thanks to their energy and perseverance, more than 6.5 million steps were recorded.
🥳 Result: Marvesting ranked 13th out of 48 participating companies!
This commitment perfectly illustrates Marvesting’s desire to promote well-being at work, physical activity and conviviality.
Collective mobilisation and positive impact
