Marvesting x Fiers: an award-winning disability solidarity alliance at LSA Forces de Vente

At LSA Forces de Vente, a leading event for sales professionals, Marvesting and Fiers were honoured for their innovative partnership, combining inclusion and performance. This ambitious project won an award in the ‘Sales Organisation’ category and inspired the professionals in attendance at a dedicated conference.
A partnership that combines social impact and commercial success
Since late 2023, Impact Sales & Marketing, a subsidiary of the Marvesting Group, has been working alongside Fiers to promote the first disability-friendly brand in mass retail.
This collaboration, supported by an outsourced and socially responsible sales force, has achieved the following in less than a year:
- Expand the brand’s presence to 1,800 points of sale in the largest French retail chains (Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché, Auchan, U).
- Support 500 workers with disabilities.
- Sell more than 450,000 disability-friendly products.
- Redistribute €1.2 million to partner workshops.
Fiers, co-founded in 2023, has a strong vision: to make every product purchased a lever for the professional integration of people with disabilities. Its unique model donates 100% of its profits to this cause, while guaranteeing 100% French production.
A highlight at LSA Sales Force

An unmissable event for exploring new sales force practices, LSA Forces de Vente provided an opportunity for inspiring speeches by:
- Camille Decreux, co-founder of Fiers
- Anne Vaquier, Managing Director France and CSR Governance at the Marvesting Group
- Alexandre Gainant, Director of Operations at Impact Sales & Marketing
They shared the keys to building an ambitious deployment strategy and successfully establishing an impactful brand in a hyper-competitive environment.
An award-winning commercial organisation
This unique approach, combining operational excellence and social commitment, earned Marvesting the LSA Sales Force Award in the ‘Sales Organisation’ category. This distinction highlights our teams’ ability to design and implement a tailor-made strategy capable of establishing an impactful brand in a highly competitive sector such as mass retail.
Beyond commercial performance, this award also celebrates a shared vision: that of a business that places people and inclusion at the heart of its priorities. It illustrates how a well-structured organisation, committed employees and a strong partnership with Fiers can transform the constraints of the field into opportunities to work towards a more inclusive society.
An inspiring model for more inclusive commerce

With this project, Marvesting and Fiers are demonstrating that it is possible to combine sustainable growth, social responsibility and innovation. Each in-store installation becomes much more than a commercial venture: it is a concrete step towards changing perceptions of disability, giving new visibility to workers with disabilities and directly involving consumers.
This partnership also reflects the CSR commitments of the Marvesting Group, which has been working for over 10 years to build a future where economic success goes hand in hand with a positive impact on employees, customers, communities and the planet. Through this alliance, we reaffirm that another distribution model is possible: one that is more inclusive, more responsible and more humane.
