Two major events in June for Marvesting

June 2025 was marked by two highlights for Marvesting: the World Café on June 11 and the European CSR Committee on June 19. Two unifying internal meetings that illustrate a collective dynamic: combining performance, innovation and responsibility at the group level.

World Café: Transforming Vision into Action

Organized in a spirit of co-construction, the World Café on June 11th brought together the European subsidiaries to discuss the main thrusts of the 2022–2027 strategic plan. It was an opportunity to share the group’s progress, ambitions, and transformation drivers. Key points of this meeting included:

  • Growth momentum, driven by the acquisition of new subsidiaries and the expansion of our expertise,
  • Digital at the heart of our ambitions, driven by the deployment of solutions such as live shopping and social selling,
  • A focus on Artificial Intelligence, with audits exploring concrete use cases,
  • Iconic client projects illustrating operational excellence in complex and demanding retail environments.

Beyond these achievements, the event above all highlighted a shared commitment: strengthening synergies between countries, better sharing local successes, and aligning efforts around a central objective: sustainable and responsible growth.

CSR Committee: anchoring impact in everyday life

A few days later, the first CSR Committee meeting of the year brought together the departments involved in this sustainable transformation of the Group. The objective: to define priorities for 2025–2026 around our four core pillars.

  1. Women and Men: developing talent, ensuring well-being, and promoting inclusion.
  2. Responsible solutions: supporting customers with more sustainable and transparent solutions.
  3. Controlled environmental impact: transportation, IT, and logistics are all scrutinized to improve our overall footprint.
  4. Strengthened local roots: supporting social initiatives, ethical purchasing practices, and focusing on data.

Concrete actions, carried out collectively

New for 2025: the establishment of inter-country working groups, each dedicated to a priority CSR theme. These include:

  • Inclusive purchasing
  • Reducing carbon emissions
  • Sustainable marketing
  • Combating discrimination and harassment

Each group’s mission is to propose concrete, measurable actions that can be implemented across the entire Group.
