Marvesting is a member of the Responsible Purchasing and Supplier Relations Charter.
What is the RFAR?
Created in 2010, the RFAR Charter aims to encourage companies and public and private organisations to adopt responsible practices with regard to their suppliers.
It is now steered by the Médiateur des Entreprises and the CNA (Conseil National des Achats), and has an international scope.
What does it mean for Marvesting?
This requires the Group to follow principles and practices designed to promote sustainability, ethics and transparency in its sourcing activities.
This includes a commitment to high social, environmental and ethical standards in the selection of suppliers, working conditions and the management of supplier relations.

Ensure a responsible financial relationship with suppliers
Maintain a respectful relationship with all suppliers, favouring the development of collaborative relationships.
Identify and manage reciprocal dependencies with suppliers
Involve the signatory organisations in their subsidiary
Assessing all the costs and impacts of the life cycle
Integrate environmental and social responsibility issues
Ensure the territorial responsibility of its organisation and ethics of the purchasing function
A Purchasing function responsible for overall management of supplier relations
A “supplier relations” mediator , responsible for smoothing internal and external relations within the company.
